September 27th, 2013 in the International Tourism Day opening of the monument of the smallest in the world on the front porch of the hotel "Tomsk". The bronze monument to the frog-traveler, the height of which is only 44 millimeters. The author of the monument sculptor Oleg Tomsk Kislitsky: "Initially, the idea to create a monument to travelers, then task - to make it the smallest in the world. The image of a frog-traveler of the famous cartoon became the best one for realization of this project a reality."
